Trends, best practices, methodologies—they’re leading every brand into the same predictable, forgettable space. Throw away the playbook. If there’s a formula, it’s already outdated. Be the origin of the next one—the one everyone else will scramble to copy.

Fo this autumnal edition of the Little Grey Cells Club, we have the mighty Naomi Walkland, Chief Marketing Officer of Motorway, as our guest curator. Motorway is the UK’s fastest-growing car marketplace, annd Naomi oversees the company’s brand and product marketing, growth marketing,  creative, communications, and business marketing teams.

Previously, Naomi served as the Vice President of Bumble, where she led the international marketing team, driving new customer and revenue growth outside of the US. Her team took Bumble public in 2021 and built and scaled the marketing team and operations across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and APAC (Asia Pacific). During her tenure at Bumble, Naomi led some of Bumble’s most impactful global campaigns,  such as My Love is Black Love, a celebration and representation of Black Love in Britain.

We’ll have more ‘insightful CEO tips’ from comedian Ken Cheng and our usual breakfast, round table discussions and time for networking.

With our community’s spirit of openness, trust and learning, the Little Grey Cells Club is shaping the future of marketing. Join our exclusive hand-picked gathering of the UK’s most senior and experienced marketers and you’ll leave inspired, ready to implement new ideas and having made new and meaningful connections with your industry peers.

Seniority screening

Little Grey Cells is a ‘brain trust’. We are unashamedly elite (in the sense of ‘invite only’, for the most senior marketers in the UK) – but not elitist (in the sense of not stuffy, snobby or formal). Our attendees are exclusively of the same level of decision-making marketing responsibility as our advisory board. As a result we screen all registrations to ensure that marketers who attend our events meet this criteria. Thanks for your understanding.
