Our Accountability Circles are designed for Little Grey Cells delegates to meet fellow successful senior marketing folk outside of our briefings. Here you can discuss goals, challenges, hot priorities and celebrate achievements too. While the meeting is relaxed, these sessions have an established format to ensure is it a valuable use of your time.
Senior marketers have a load of responsibilities and pressures that can sometimes make it a lonely experience at the top. The only people that can fully understand what you’re going through are other marketers that share your level of decision-making.

Sounds great: what should I expect?
You agree to meet with other successful senior marketers. Some Circles choose to meet face-to-face others prefer to meet online.
The sessions are hosted and chaired by members of our community and the circle members are researched and organised by our team at Little Grey Cells.
How do the Accountability Groups work?
- You meet with four other senior marketers for a total of 4 x 2 hour sessions
- Before each session you’ll fill out a shared document talking about your current challenges and goals
- Using the wisdom of crowds, at the start of each session, the group will decide who has the most pressing needs, and focus on either one or two of the needs raised, with a series of clarifying questions and advice.
- The appointed group chair makes sure the session runs efficiently with time for everyone to speak and contribute.
- At the end of each session you summarise, what you’ve gained from the session, your takeaways and subsequent actions.
Who will chair the first circle?
Little Grey Cells advisory board member, ex-Direct Line CMO, NED and Coach Mark Evans will be chair for the first circle.
When is the first one?
We’re launching the first accountability circle in late September/early October 2024 as a test. If it proves a success, we’ll roll more out for our delegates.
Do I have to have attended a Little Grey cells briefing to join a circle?
Yes. This offer is only open to members of our community who have attended one of our briefings.
