‘And our survey said…’: feedback from April’s LGC briefing

We had very positive feedback from our survey after the April breakfast briefing at the stunning Herringham Hall: averaging 9.2 NPS.

Topics that our delegates would like to see covered in the future include: getting the best out of agencies, defending budgets, building and maintaining the best marketing teams, winning in the boardroom, bravery in creativity, AI use cases.

There was a request to have the B2B view present on our panels – which we acknowledge and will endeavour to implement.

Another request was for some more detail from our speaker experts and panellists – specific case studies and with learnings from the activities – we will explore this too.

We learned that we could do more to ensure that newcomers to our events are introduced to kindred spirits when they arrive – we’ll definitely work on that. Hopefully our new event microsite built by our technology partner CTI Digital will help to address this – using AI we will ensure potential brand collaborations will be identified.

Beyond that – we had some super-helpful input around our future conference – all of which is duly noted and helping us to build out what is sure to be a super-memorable event in 2026 – so thank you.

Once again: huge thanks to our guest Curator, Will Harrison; our panel of AJ Coyne, Anna Greene, Jae Hopkins, Emilie Mouquot and Kristian Claxton. Extra thanks to Ian Crocombe and also our resident comedian, Ken Cheng.

Our next event is our soirée at Cannes on Monday 16 June. Our next breakfast briefing is on 25 September from 08:30 – register here.
